Bonus amounts are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Activity that 888win determines to constitute bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated systems to place bets – will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of any winnings derived from bonus abuse, and permanent closure of the account.
A bet is confirmed on 888win only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. You are responsible for verifying your bet slip before confirming. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the case of a technical error that prevents bet confirmation, the bet is not valid and your stake will be returned.
Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL, event organisers for esports, etc.). Where results are disputed or under official review, 888win reserves the right to delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. Bets are settled in accordance with 888win's published betting rules for each sport and market type.
In-play or live betting markets on 888win are available during ongoing events. Odds update in real time based on match developments. Once you confirm a live bet at the displayed odds, that bet is binding even if the in-play odds subsequently change. 888win is not responsible for any connectivity issues on the player's side that may affect the ability to place or view in-play bets.
A bet may be voided if the event is abandoned without a result being declared, if the bet was placed on an incorrectly priced market due to a manifest error, or if the event is rescheduled beyond the settlement window specified in the market rules. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and stakes returned to the player's balance.
888win applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your bet. Maximum payout caps are applied per bet slip and are not subject to negotiation. Any winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap will be reduced to the applicable maximum.

You may request closure of your 888win account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion and any verified real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 888win will notify you by SMS or email before applying a dormancy fee of Rs 200 per month to cover account maintenance costs. Dormancy fees will not reduce your balance below zero. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
888win reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via a notice on the 888win website or by SMS to your registered mobile number.
